At the end of September, Caleb got four teeth pulled from the bottom. His permanent teeth are starting to come up but his baby teeth weren't loosening like they should--the roots weren't wearing away at all. He was pretty miserable for the rest of that day but by the next morning was perfectly fine. We have the older boys going to an orthodontist already for these things, to make sure their permanent teeth have the best chance of coming in straight and hopefully avoiding braces altogether. The best part is everything the ortho does at this point is completely free-of-charge because they do it more like a consultation. I love our orthodontist!
